Rules related to return of food items -

 Restaurant products / Perishable products / Sweets / Fruit , vegetable juices , If there is a delivery related problem in milk , products made from milk , then only the return of that product will be accepted . This does not cover any issues related to test , product quality or product , it will be solely the responsibility of the seller . Customer returns will be accepted only if the product is damaged , stale by the time of delivery . Such products will not be accepted for return within a period of 15 minutes in delivered order  . Why? that you order from the seller of your choice , so seller is responsible for any kind of problem in food , Therefore, if there is any problem with the food, your complaint will be forwarded to the seller , but a refund will be given on that. , or the product will not be returned .

Returns will not be accepted if you change your mind about a product .

Cancellation Rules _ _

1.        If the customer cancels his order, then 100 % cancellation charge apply .

refund policy _

refund on order cancellation - 100 % Cancellation fee will be applicable if you decide to cancel the order anytime after order placement. Avoid cancellation as it leads to food wastage .
